Summary:

Residence located on a 26,000 sf site above West Hollywood, focused on maintaining an open plan with a blend between interior and outdoor spaces. Emphasis was also put on maintaining privacy with complicated, existing site conditions in a hillside overlay that’s competitive with views and maintaining a private lifestyle in a dense community.  

Key project roles/responsibilities: 

Contributed to the design and development of a single story home up in the hills of West Hollywood.  Developed details for the project and helped expedite the package through the permitting process.
